Currently, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra is the phone with the world’s first 120W charger and can charge the 4,500mAh battery capacity in less than an hour.
If this fact somehow surprises you, contemplate a 200W+ charger because Xiaomi is allegedly working on a smartphone that will sport one.
According to a recent Weibo report, the manufacturer is working on such a powerful charger, able to charge a phone with approximately 4,500mAh battery from 0 to 100% in just 15 minutes tops.
The same leak says in the following year, the Chinese manufacturer will focus on creating in-folding screens for smartphones and under-display selfie cameras. The post also mentions that Xiaomi won’t be delivering a successor to the Mi MIX 3 anytime soon.
We’ve recently reported that the manufacturer is currently working on a foldable phone with a huge main camera and a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
However, the 200W+ charger may have its flaws, as really fast chargers tend to deteriorate the battery of a phone quicker than they’re supposed to.
