According to a report from Videocardz, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 will be available in stores after the 15th of January after making its official debut at the CES.
The RTX 2060 is said to offer a performance comparable to the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and is based on the same Pascal architecture that the RTX 2070, RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti – its higher end siblings- have debuted with.
According to the report’s information, the card will have 240 sensor cores, 30 ray tracing cores and a 6GB GDDR6 memory alongside clock speeds of 1365MHz and 1680MHz.
Videocardz stated that the card proved itself to be faster than the GTX 1080 Ti in 12 out of 20 of the titles it was tested on and faster in only three titles when put against the FTX 1080.
The RTX 2060 will allegedly come with a price tag of $350 when it will become available in the stores. The buyers will also get a copy of either Battlefield V or Anthem for free when they purchase the new model.
