The Redmi K30 pictured above was launched in China in December 2019 and early this year as the Poco X2.
Now, according to this Geekbench listing, Xiaomi’s sub-brand has a refresh on the production line.
The company announced that the Redmi K30 Pro line will receive two devices, the Redmi K30 Pro and the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition, but didn’t announce any specs to differentiate them.
Now, we know the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition comes with 8 GB of RAM and will ship with Android 10, most likely with MIUI 11 layered on.
The Geekbench listing also shows a 1.80Ghz octa-core Qualcomm chipset, which is probably the Snapdragon 865 used by the Redmi K30 Pro.
As for the rating, the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition scored 900 in the single-core test and a respectable 3,251 in the multi-core test.
While the listing doesn’t delve into other hardware details, we know that the device will launch on March 24 in China.
We also know the Redmi K30 Pro model will have a 64 MP primary camera, so that’s likely to be present in the Zoom Edition.
