Two weeks left before Mobile World Congress and Samsung’s big reveal might have to take a back seat. Photos of the korean company’s latest smartphones, Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, have leaked on the Internet for the whole world to see.
All in all, they seem to confirm rumors of lately. The S7 will probably remain true to the whispers – for one, the camera hump looks slimmer than its predecessor’s, possibly indicating just a 12-megapixel sensor instead of 16. We also noticed a curvy back that could explain a bigger battery and that reminds us a little of the Note 5. It should also bring back features we love such as a slot for microSD cards and water resistant body.
What about the S7 Edge? If you liked the design of the first in its series, don’t worry – nothing changed. We don’t know more about the capabilities of the phones but, hey, we should at least let Samsung have this small victory on February 21st at the press release in Barcelona.
A surprise never hurts, right?
