After announcing that its Nintendo Pro Switch won’t be arriving anytime soon, the company has in store yet another unpleasant piece of news.
Nintendo has informed its consumers from Japan that production and shipments of the Switch console and accessories will suffer because of the coronavirus, which will cause a production delay.
The company apologies especially for disappointing its fans who already submitted preorders of its Animal Crossing-themed variant of the Switch which was pushed back from Saturday to an unspecified date. Nintendo doesn’t mention whether the shipment delays will take place someplace else, but makes a specific reference for hardware produced in China and sold in Japan.
Another product suffering from shipment delays in Japan is its new fitness RPG, Ring Fit Adventure.
