No one is definitely sure that “fully-immersive experience” should be a tagline for a smart toilet but this hasn’t stopped Kohler from presenting it as such at CES 2019.
It’s hard to pass the opportunity of making a few potty jokes but we’ll abstain because, all in all, the Kohler smart toilet is pretty smart.
Called the Kohler Numi 2.0 Intelligent Toilet, it has Alexa built-in, so you can find out the weather or call someone without getting up from the throne. And you won’t really want to get up if you have the PureWarmth seat add-on, which features customizable temperature. Oh, not to mention the ambient lighting that can make your bathroom look like it belongs into a Berlin nightclub.
Kohler also presented at CES 2019 a smart mirror with Alexa and Assistant support, a bathtub and other bathroom devices.
The star of the show, the Numi 2.0 Intelligent Toilet, will retail for $7000, which is a pretty fair price for the ability to talk to the loo.
