You can spend years perfecting your work skills and technique or you can take life less seriously and make your job less about work and testing and more about fun and play. This is what young inventor Simone Giertz did, by quitting on making robots perfect and instead, basking in their glorious ridiculousness #machinemagic
Robots that fail on chopping vegetables, clapping or applying lipstick are the highlights of her popular YouTube channel. Her almost 200k followers love to see machines that should act perfectly, unlike humans, fail hilariously. Truth is, nobody can’t help laugh out loud when a robotic hand that should wash her hair only tangles it more and causes a bruise or two in the process.
Just watch the clip above! Simone built it “using two Hitec servo motors, Actobotics from Servocity, an Arduino UNO and a 6V battery pack”, if you want to try it at home. We suggest you don’t.
