With the release of the new iPhone 12 series approaching, leaks and rumors pile up, getting us all excited about the upcoming devices. So far we know there will be four variants in the series – the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The iPhone 12 basic variant will have a never-used-before display size for an iPhone, 5.4-inch. The latest leak comes to confirm this Apple premiere, and show a live image of the screen which will be used on the new flagship. Supposedly, the leaked image comes directly from the iPhone’s assembly line in China.
The image shows a classic screen design, with a center top-notch that we’re used to since the iPhone X. The tipster also notes this display size will allow users to easily use the device one-handed.
The iPhone 12 will pack some impressive specs for the size it promises and it will surely be a top choice for users. The new flagship is set to have a 5.4″, 960 x 2079 pixels OLED display w/ integrated touch, a 5nm Apple A14 processor, a 12MP main + 12MP ultrawide cameras and a 2227mAh battery. The new iPhone 12 is rumored to set you back between $699-$749, depending on the variant.
