Ubisoft Forward last week brought to light some of the games we’ve been waiting to hear about, new games we didn’t expect, and updates to currently beloved games. Without further ado, here is everything presented at the main show of Ubisoft Forward:
Immortals Fenyx Rising
Announced previously as Gods and Monsters at E3 2019, Immortals Fenyx Rising takes the player to a mythical land based in Greek Mythology. Plays as Greek warrior Fenyx, you meet Hermes and are tasked to save the Greek gods from Typhon. In order to do so, Fenyx must travel through the lands, battling mythical beings in order to free each of the Greek gods. The entire story is narrated by Prometheus and Zeus, the witty banter between the two a surprising and nice touch in the gameplay trailer.
The game is open world in style, with seemingly heavy inspiration from Breath of the Wild. Each area of the world is ruled by a different Greek god with different challenges set to free them. By setting the gods free, Fenyx gains certain powers that will help her on her quest.
The game will be available on all platforms December 3rd, but Stadia players will be able to get a free playable demo ahead of time.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake
Originally released with much critical and fan acclaim in 2003, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time makes a triumphant return. The game will include enhancements while respecting the characters and story line. Upgrades from the original include new combat mechanics, a better camera, updated visuals, and a new target system that lets you do acrobatic moves easier. Motion capture was also used in order to make the cinematic scenes more realistic.

The Rainbow Six Siege announcement came in two parts: in-game updates and an esports announcement.

The second announcement was the Rainbow Six World Cup. Set for summer 2021, this will be a country based competition. Former NBA player and French basketball superstar Tony Parker will serve as the competitions ambassador.
