You’d think having a 48 MP camera and one of the flashiest designs would be enough to promote the Redmi Note 7 but Xiaomi doesn’t think so.
Taking to YouTube to demonstrate the amazing durability of the glass-backed device, Lu Weibing, Redmi’s new CEO, actually used the Note 7 as a skateboard.
Yes, you read that right.
In one of the most creative durability tests we’ve seen so far, the Redmi Note 7 had wheels attached to it and supported a human’s weight.
It’s definitely a more convincing demo than the first video posted by Redmi. In it, Lu Weibing placed the Redmi Note 7 in a duct tape covered trash can, then kicked it down a flight of 18 stairs.
No doubt, it’s an impressive performance from the Gorilla Glass 5 covering the 6.3-inch screen, especially on a device that sells for around $200.
Of course, everything about the Redmi Note 7 is impressive at that price point. Check out its specs!
It not only has the 48 MP camera sensor from Samsung but also features a decent Snapdragon 660 processor and a 4,000 mAh battery.
