After a couple of months after its Chinese debut, Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro are coming to the rest of the world. In Europe, their arrival is scheduled sooner rather than later and, fortunately, we also have an idea of the retail prices we can expect.
The latest flagship series from Xiaomi is making its way to Europe. When? Word is both the vanilla and the pro model will be announced on international markets later this March.
While many speculated on the possible prices, given the ones their predecessors had and the price tags in China, we may now have a clear idea of them.
The Xiaomi 12 should start retailing at €899, while the 12 Pro should come at €1,099. We’re obviously not looking at affordable premium phones any more. Xiaomi is playing in the big league now letting brands like Poco and Redmi to cater to lighter pockets.
As a matter of fact, the Xiaomi 12 manages to be – if the price becomes reality – a bit more expensive than even Samsung’s S22. Xiaomi 12 Pro is no different as it’s expected to sell at a higher price than the S22 Plus.
If you remember, Xiaomi 12 Pro offered:
- 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset
- 8/12GB of RAM with 128-256GB of storage
- triple 50MP camera, 32MP single shooter
- 4,600mAh battery, with 120W fast charging
