Well, such situations may soon have a practical and simple solution, as Uber is planning to launch its new Uber experience called Reserve, which allows you to schedule trips up to 30 days in advance, in over 20 US cities.
Sounds good? It gets even better. By reserving a trip, Uber immediately hooks you with a driver, offering your Favorite Drivers first. Moreover, you get a significantly cheaper and an additional 15 minutes of waiting time, as well as an on-time pick-up guarantee.
Let’s say the driver hasn’t arrived by the time you scheduled, you’ll get $50 in Uber Cashif you make a reservation at least two hours before you need a ride.
The service will arrive next week, and will be available to secure premium Uber Black and Black SUV rides, with UberX, Comfort and XL rides included by 2021.
The Uber Reserve experience will be open in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Charleston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, D.C., Fort-Myers / Naples, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, Milwaukee, Nashville, New Jersey, New York City, New Orleans, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Seattle.
