Klipsch waited for a bit but it seems the audio giant is ready to join the fray and release their own wireless earbuds.
Debuting ahead of CES 2019, the Klipsch T5 True Wireless Earbuds look pretty fancy in their black finish with copper accents but what makes them stand out is the charging case.
These 8-hours in battery life wireless earbuds will be housed in an stainless steel case that looks like a sleeker Zippo but actually holds enough charge to provide them with up to 24 hours of extra power.
The Klipsch T5 True Wireless Headphones are a worthy rival to the AirPods but it’s worth mentioning that they’re even more expensive ($199 as opposed to Apple’s $159 buds). They’re certainly not cheap but if the audio quality is up to par, that Zippo-ish case will definitely seal the deal.
Hopefully we’ll get to try the Klipsch T5 at CES 2019, ahead of their spring launch.
