Get All The Magic A GoPro Offers For Half The Price With Yi 4K Camera

GoPro might be setting the standard in the action camera industry, but more and more arrivals are worthy of our attention. Yi 4K is one camera that has taken everything good the GoPro offers, added some of its own magic and put it on the market for half the price #actionmagic

This is a camera to our liking. It’s not trying to pretend to be something it’s not, instead it focuses on bringing the popular features from GoPro, upgraded. Yi 4K has the Ambarella A9SE version processor while Hero4 boasts the old A9, Yi is equipped with Sony IMX377 sensor, Hero4 is still on Sony IMX117 but the lens is the same. Both record 4K at up to 30fps, have auto low-light feature and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Besides all that, Yi 4K boasts a built-in 2.19-inch retina touchscreen display, a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope, electronic image stabilization, slow motion mode, lens distortion correction and offers 2 hours of battery life. If that’s all nice and good but you’re the creative type, with need for multiple shooting modes, sorry, this camera comes with fewer than the Hero4.

The price will surprise you; for $250 (selfie stick and Bluetooth remote included) you can get it on Amazon! Not bad at all, right? With the money you’d give on a single GoPro, you can invest in accessories such as different mounts, handlebar grips and waterproof cases.

What do you think – will this camera force GoPro to lower its price or come up with innovative features?
