Motorola foldable Razr is finally getting its Android 11 update. The phone was launched in 2019 and is the company’s first attempt at a foldable screen.
The Razr began running Android 9 Pie, got upgraded to Android 10, and is now finally getting on the next level.
The update comes as a pleasant surprise, and the Android 12 is due out in a few weeks from Google.
The update will most likely roll out gradually, so users should have patience and expect a few weeks to get the update on their unit.
With the new Android 11 update, users will get some new features like new media controls, Conversations and Chat Bubbles, or one-time permissions.
While the 2019 Razr was $1,500 at launch, keep in mind that Motorola ensures two years of security updates for costs between $160 and $400.
