Curious to see how many one-star ratings you got from Uber drivers?
While until now, one could only see an average score based on how drivers rated you, Uber just released a way for riders to find out how many uncomfortable one-star ratings they acquired, how many five stars, and anything in between.
Users can now access a more detailed structure on the updated version of the app. In order to access the Privacy Center and rating breakdown, just go to the Settings menu, select “Privacy,” and go to the “Privacy Center.” Once there, all you need to do is click on the “Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber” category, select the “Browse your data” section and then you’ll find the “View my ratings” where your ratings are displayed.
According to Zach Singleton, head of product for Uber’s privacy engineering team, the update is supposed to motivate users to be more considerate regarding their interactions with drivers.
