No doubt about it, podcasts are one of the rising stars when it comes to entertainment and the barrier for regular users to become a content creator is an incredibly low one. Basically, all you need is a decent mike and Blue Microphones want to help you with that.
The company just unveiled the latest Blue Yeti model, its first offering since getting acquired by Logitech last month.
Meet the Blue Yeti Nano, an $100 USB microphone that can cover any user need, from recording to streaming or just pristine Skype-calling.
It features 24-bit/48kHz recording with Cardioid and Ominidirectional settings for solo or roundtable recording. Also new is the Sherpa Audio app, which currently only works with the Yeti Nano and allows you to conveniently tweat audio gain, levels and sample rates.
Available in a range of colors for any setup and compatible with Blue microphone accessories like boom arms or mic stands, the Yeti Nano is already available at most retailers, Amazon included.
