The Moto industry is starting to take notice of the importance of finding smart solutions for everyday rides. After General Motors have made updates to Android Auto integration, with other car brands following its lead quickly, producers have found ways of smartifying motorcycles too. Just today we were talking about Skully, the AR helmet that shows GPS notifications and the road behind you on the visor, only to see another concept pretty similar from Samsung.
The tech giant presented a cool concept of a smart windshield. The idea is to use your smartphone (presumably from the Samsung Galaxy series) and their app to project navigation info, phone calls, text messages on the windshield and even reply to mails, without taking your hands off the wheel.
While Skully focuses on bringing notifications on the helmet’s visor, this one is less distracting, with updates displayed on the windshield that you can, theoretically, ignore. At least, they hope you use your better judgement.
For now, it’s just a concept but could you picture yourself using it?
