Xiaomi knows it has to go big or go home. In that spirit, the company launched today Mi Max, a phablet that defies normal dimensions, with a 6.4-inch display – the biggest designed by Xiaomi – and a thin 7.5mm body #mobilemagic
We doubt it will fit in your pocket, but if you care for big displays and even larger battery, you’ll make room for it. Mi Max squeezes underneath that thin metal body a Snapdragon 650 or 652 processor (according to your preference), 4GB of RAM, a 4850mAh battery and a pretty great camera module: 16MP for the rear shooter and 5MP for the selfie cam.
The phablet is dual sim, comes with up to 128GB internal storage and fingerprint sensor. You can choose between a silver, gold and grey version and rely on MIUI8 for a smooth, daily interaction.
Going Max doesn’t mean you have to sell your soul to the devil; the device will sell from 1499 CNY ($229).
