It seems that I’m not the only one with zero patience when it comes to food since Domino’s Pizza worked hard to streamline the whole process by developing a “Zero Click” smartphone app #softwaremagic
After finding a way to get your pizza warm and safe at the door, via DRU, an autonomous robot, Domino’s Pizza is back to make the delivering process easier than before. Their Zero Click app doesn’t require any more typing and selecting ingredients from customers’ part; all they have to do is open the app and the order is instantly registered.
But how will Domino’s know what customers want?
Well, upon downloading the app, they have to set up billing and delivery details as well as an “Easy Order” pizza profile in their account. This way, they can save a “favorite pizza”. This is immediately tied to the app and remembered from that point on. Don’t worry, if users change their mind, they can hit the “Cancel” button in the following 10 seconds.
