The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus launched only yesterday but websites all across the internet are already at it, testing and comparing its abilities – one of these websites is the well-known DxO Mark and, according to them, the device has, overall, the best smartphone camera system for still photography.
The Galaxy S10 Plus matched up against the Mate 20 Pro and the P20 Pro easily, when testing the triple rear camera with an 114 photo score and a solid 97 score for its video capabilities – the same as the Mate 20 Pro.
The dual front camera though, shined from A to Z. It got an overall score of 96, significantly higher than the Mate 20 Pro (75) and the P20 Pro (72).
DxO Mark confidently stated that the Galaxy S10 Plus “comes with the best camera we’ve seen on a Samsung smartphone, and will no doubt be one of the devices to beat in 2019.”
If that will prove to be true, it remains to be seen – after all, we still have a few more smartphone releases left and that’s just for the first half of the year.
