Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is coming to VR via Oculus Quest 2.
According to VGC, San Andreas VR was announced during a Facebook Connect event. The VR port will being players directly into the world of San Andreas. It was not stated when the game would release.

This game is related but separate from the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition game recently announced. The Definitive Edition will include GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas as part of GTA III’s 20th Anniversary.
The trilogy will update graphics and modernize gameplay elements to make the series align better with the recent GTA V while still retaining its classic feel. The game will come out for console and PC this year while an iOS and Android version is expected to release in 2022.
