Huawei is making the most of current mobile trends. After releasing several smartphones with dual cameras (P10 and Honor 8 being the latest), the company is yet again launching a dual camera phone with a whopping 20MP selfie shooter this time: Nova 2. Best camera combo for selfie lovers? Maybe. #mobilemagic
Loved the Honor 8 Pro model but wished Huawei added a more performant front camera? Now, they did. The latest smartphones launched by the brand, Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus, come with dual rear cameras and a 20MP front camera. While the rear cameras are a 12MP + 8MP affair with an f/1.8 lens, the front one is an impressive 20MP shooter which should take your selfie game to the next level.
In matter of efficiency, this mid-ranger does a great job, also. Under the hood, you can find a Kirin 659 chipset, 4GB of RAM and two storage variants: 64GB (Nova 2) and 128GB (Nova 2 Plus). Batteries do not disappoint either. The smaller model comes with 2,950mAh while the bigger one sports 3,340mAh.
As you can imagine, the Plus variant is endowed with a bigger display, too. It comes at 5.5-inches with 1080p resolution, while the standard one sticks with a five inches screen.
Both smartphones are already up for pre-order. Huawei Nova 2 is going to cost CNY 2,500 (about $365), while the the Plus will be priced at CNY 2,900 (circa $420). Upon ordering, you’ll have the option to choose a smartphone in one of five colors: blue, green, gold, black and rose gold.
