Besides the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung is looking into the possibility of coming up with another folding smartphone, and the latest rumors are pointing out to Galaxy Z Fold S.
YouTuber Fold Universe just tweeted something that suggests the handest would look like a closable tablet, therefore nothing close to Samsung’s existing foldable but more like Microsoft’s imminent Surface Duo with a single flexible OLED screen.
“I don’t see good use cases other than Tent Mode like the Surface Duo which isn’t that intriguing. Maybe they do it just to show they can” he said
Apparently, the handset won’t have an external display, will be sleeker, thinner and ultimately easier to handle.
Recently, Samsung has held a separate conference dedicated to its upcoming foldable phone, the Galaxy Z Fold 2, arriving on 18th September.
Samsung’s third foldable smartphone is available for preorder and it costs more than any other handset the manufacturer has launched in the latest 12 months.
