A new report reveals some surprising details about the new Pixel phone and the long-rumored Pixel foldable phone.
According to Digital Chat Station, a renowned tipster, Google will include ceramic materials in the new Pixel phone to give it an even more premium feel. We’ve seen everything from glass to metal and even plastic in Pixel phones but ceramic isn’t a material Google has used so far.
Furthermore, Google is having the giant Foxconn manufacture their next Google Pixel, moving production back to China after just two years in Vietnam.
Google announced back in 2020 that Pixel phones will be made in Vietnam but now, choosing Foxconn as the builder of their next phone, will be returning to China.
And they’ll also be manufacturing the Google Pixel 7 the same place where Apple makes its iPhones! Well, at least in one of the places because, as we previously examined, Apple has a huge global footprint for where iPhones are made.
