No Room For A Bulky Phone? Check Oppo’s 7-Inch Foldable One!

If the idea of a bigger display is tempting, but the current options on the market remind you of ping-pong paddles, Oppo might have the answer. The company is supposedly working on a foldable 7-inch smartphone #mobilemagic

A first glance at this phone and you’re back in the early 2000s, when it was cool to sport a flip phone. Only this handset from Oppo doesn’t sacrifice display for buttons, on the contrary; if the rumors turn out to be true, you might just enjoy a 7-inch display at half the size.

While a video of it just leaked this week, it seems that Oppo has been working on the concept since August 2015. Now, it should be in its final stages, as a prototype has already been presented in February. Unfortunately, we’re a bit out of the loop regarding specs, as Oppo has kept everything under tight wraps.

If the company intends to #techthelead on this model, they should hurry, since Samsung is rumored to prepare the launch of their first foldable phone, Galaxy X, next year.
