There have been a few months of waiting for VR enthusiasts hoping to buy an Oculus Go in territories other than the US and finally, that wait is over. There’s even a French ad!
Oculus Go is now available in stock at more than 300 stores across Europe, the UK, and Canada, at prices starting from €219, £199 or CA$269.99.
North of the US border, Oculus Go is available at Best Buy, while Europe is served mostly by Amazon (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK). In the United Kingdom, Oculus Go is available across a spate of retailers, from the usual Amazon to Argos, Littlewoods.co.uk, PC World and Harrods.
Announced in October last year, the Oculus Go gave up the PC connection required by Oculus Rift and tempted VR enthusiasts with its around $200 price tag. The VR headset is equipped with a 2560×1440 screen and offers spatial audio, eliminating the need for headphones.
