Want to make some tunes that’ll have the crowd jumping up and down? Check out Oddball, a new Kickstarter project that will reinvent the way you make music.
The aptly-named Oddball allows you to assign sounds to it and, once you bounce the ball, the inside sensors will communicate with the app and play those sounds through speakers and headphones. Because the Oddball is also pressure-sensitive, you’ll be able to have some serious fun – the harder you bounce it, the better the sound.
The Kickstarter page also highlights that you can play with multiple Oddballs (…yep) for more fun times with friends, suggesting you go outside, juggle, play tennis or annoy your coworkers.
“Also be sure to check out the Pimp your Oddball reward where you can really get nuts with the finish of your ball,” recommend the developers.
In any case, if you were looking for a fancy new toy or maybe a present for a drummer friend, the Oddball starts at $77 and will ship in January 2019.
