According to Android Police, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone, OnePlus 8 will benefit from 5G connectivity and will be launched at Verizon in the US, which is premier because until now, T-Mobile was only US carrier for OnePlus.

The Concept One phone was unveiled at CES 2020, revealing a disappearing camera. Moreover, OnePlus is planning to launch new “screen technology” on January 13th during an important event in China. Media reports and some graphics of the smartphone shared by the company which illustrates glass panels placed on top of one another. Other rumors suggest the OnePlus 8 will integrate a hole-punch display.

However, the report from Android Police does not say whether the Pro version of the OnePlus 8 will arrive at Verizon’s network.

Hopefully, things will get better for OnePlus after the two data breaches in the past two years, exposing users’ information.
