The highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed until December, but fans are getting a surprise ahead of the release. The OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk edition has been confirmed for November 2nd, making the wait for the actual game release a bit sweeter.
Similar to other cross-branding partnerships, the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk edition will have a custom theme. From the teaser’s images, we can also tell the special edition handset will get a modified camera island on the back. This is probably just to incorporate “2077”, the actual cameras will most likely be the same as the regular version.
The OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk edition is not expected to be any different than the base variant, specs-wise. We can safely assume it will pack the same Snapdragon 865, up to 12GB RAM and 256 gigs of storage, and an impressive 120Hz OLED screen.
The price of the new device hasn’t been revealed yet, but there’s not long now until we will receive all the official information.
OnePlus has made a habit of bringing in big names to promote its devices, getting a lot of eyes on the latest smartphones the company is releasing. Robert Downey Jr. is the ambassador for the OnePlus 8T and now fans can’t be more excited about the Cyberpunk edition.
