We’ve been excited about the Oppo Find X2 ever since it showed up on certification boards ahead of the now cancelled MWC.
Now, weeks after the expected announcement, Oppo debuted their 2020 flagship alongside the Oppo Watch.
While the Oppo Watch might just be dismissed as an Apple Watch clone, the Oppo Find X2 Pro needs your full attention!
The leaks so far have been right – this is a device with incredible bang for your buck.
Indeed, the Find X2 Pro has a 6.7-inch OLED display with 1440p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, giving the Samsung Galaxy S20 a run for its money.
What we didn’t expect were the premium finishes of the chassis!
In a sea of black or white phones, Oppo did offer a black ceramic option for the Find X2 Pro but the other color option really sets it apart from the pack.
Check out the burnt orange Find X2 Pro version. No, that’s not textured plastic, it’s actually vegan leather.
Under that vegan leather hood, the Oppo Find X2 Pro has the flagship Snapdragon 865 processor, 12 GB of RAM, a generous 512 GB of storage and stereo speakers.
As for the cameras, they’re simply eye-popping!
The triple rear camera pairs a 48 MP, f/1.7 sensor with a 13 MP periscope with 5x zoom and another 48 MP sensor.
The selfies are handled by a 32 MP shooter with HDR support.
Oppo didn’t rely just on the numbers but also included a custom chip for image processing.
The O1 Ultra Vision Engine can upscale videos you shoot at 60 or 120 fps and convert it to HDR.
Anyway you look at it, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is primed to offer the best bang for your buck and will probably be one of the stars of 2020.
The regular Find X2 retails for 1000 euros, while the Find X2 will be available at 1,200 euros.
