The Pokémon Company has made a surprising collaboration announcement, partnering with Oreo to make special limited edition cookies.
These new Oreos will come out in special-themed pack, each pack with an opportunity to get one of the 16-limited edition Pokémon Oreo. The Pokémon featured on the Oreo include fan favorites like Pikachu and the generation 1 starters as well as some more unique picks like Sableye, Jigglypuff, and Sandshrew. There’s even the mythical Pokémon Mew, one of perhaps a few that are harder to find.
The trailer itself was also fairly special. From afar, it looks like a black-and-white pixelated rendition of a scene from the Pokémon anime. On closer inspection, each black and white dot is actually an Oreo. Truly fits the theme of an Pokémon x Oreo collaboration.
