The upcoming Galaxy A73 follows its predecessor’s footsteps, the A72, dancing the fine line between mid-range and flagship devices but, if the rumors and leaks are to be believed, this time the device might lean towards the high-end spectrum more than the other devices in its line.
Leakster OnLeaks has now released a number of renders showing off the design in full, from all angles and the first thing that we can notice is the absence of a 3.5mm audio jack. This feature is already difficult to find on high end devices and it is becoming rare to see it on medium-high ranges as well.

The images also confirm the design, which is very similar to the A72.
The device will have an Infinity-O Display with a small central punch-hole. The panel will be a SuperAMOLED of 6.7 inches, with FullHD+. According to some rumors, the display will have a 90Hz or 120Hz refresh rate.
The volume rockers and power lock buttons are placed on the right side of the device, while the bottom hosts a USB Type-C port, alongside the speakers and the microphone.
The back of the phone is similar to previous models and in the upper left side we can see a rectangular camera module that will allegedly host a 108MP main photo sensor. At this point in time, there’s no information on the other cameras that will accompany it.
Some rumors state that the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750 chipset and that it will have a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Other features will include Android 12 out of the box, 8GB RAM memory and 128GB internal storage, as well as an IP67 certification. IT will be available in Black and Gold color variants, it seems.
Overall, the phone will measure 163.8x76x7.6 mm (9.3 mm if we count the camera bump).
It’s currently unknown when the phone will be released – there’s talk of it being unveiled this month in India, but that has not been confirmed by the company.
In terms of pricing, the Samsung Galaxy A73 is expected with a price tag of somewhere around $440/$450.
Of course, all this information is not to be considered completely accurate for the time being. OnLeaks is known to be a pretty reliable source, so we don’t doubt that the design that we see in these photos is accurate.
However, we’ll have to wait and see what Samsung has to say about this upcoming smartphone.
