The new Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has gone on sale way ahead of its expected launch date and it’s actually cheaper than it was expected.
The Mi A2 Lite appeared on sale on AliExpress overnight, with all the key specifications listed.
The presented value of the smartphone is of $219 for the 4GB RAM model with 64GB of storage and $190 for the 3GB RAM one that comes with 32GB of storage.
In addition to the price, we also have the specs that go alongside it and they reveal a Snapdragon 625 processor, a dual camera with 12 + 5 MP, held together by a 4,000mAh battery.
The 5.84-inch handset with 19:9 aspect ratio is going to come with dual-SIM (Nano) and run Android 8.1 Oreo, which is based on Google’s Android One Programme.
The interest surrounding the new model was mostly generated from the users wondering if Xiaomi will maintain the same price range it had previously achieved for the Mi A1. Now we can’t be sure if the final price will increase or not, but having this approximate price tag, we can assume it will stay within the range.
Both the Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite are expected to debut in Spain, during Xiaomi’s global launch event, on July 24.
