Xiaomi’s Redmi 7 was spotted on TENAA a while ago and the listing, accompanied by a couple of photos of the device, also revealed a number of the key specs.
For one, the Redmi 7 will have a 6.26 inch display, a Snapdragon 632 under the hood and will come in 2GB RAM/16GB storage, 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB variants.
But you won’t have to wait for the official unveiling to know more about the handset: more recently, a hands-on video surfaced online that shows the phone in full.
The video confirms all the specs listed on TENAA and we now also know that its microSD slot is set at the bottom of the device and that it has a 4,000mAh battery.
The selfie shooter is an 8MP while the plastic back features a 12MP sensor and a fingerprint scanner.
Pricing is expected to be somewhere around CNY 900 for the
2GB RAM/16GB, which would translate into around $134, after conversion.
