Xiaomi’s Mi CC9 Pro Will Have Five Cameras

Xiaomi has made us anticipate the Mi CC9 pro since quite some time ago, considering the smartphone will allegedly come with 30W fast-charging and a 108MP camera. The latter rumor might just turn out to be true of the latest Xiaomi teaser is anything to go by. 

The company released a poster stating that the new device will make an appearance on November 5th and, in addition to that, the image, which shows the rear of the phone, showcases the five camera setup that will grace it. 

The vertical setup has two dual LED flashes next to a sign that says “5X Optical”.

According to Xiaomi, the CC lineup is made for “creative and curious” people that really like taking photos. As it is, the new device will allow them to take photos of anything from wide-angle landscapes, 5x zoomed images, macro shots, portraits with background blur as well as photos in low-light environments or at night, the latter which is made possible by, of course, the famed Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor.

The 108MP camera was seen before on the Mi Mix Alpha and it was developed in a team effort by Xiaomi and Samsung but it will be interesting to see how it operates in a penta-camera array. 

During the same event, Xiaomi will also launch a new Xiaomi TV as well as a new Xiaomi smartwatch.
