The Motorola Razr 3 is now almost a certainty, with XDA Developers posting leaked specs showing a powerful upgrade.
While Motorola didn’t officially unveil the Razr 3 yet, usually leaked specs posted on this forum are the real deal.
If these Razr 3 leaked specs turn out to be true, the upgrade will be significant.
The Motorola Razr 5G (pictured above) debuted with a midrange Snapdragon 765G processor but the Razr 3 will use the brand new flagship Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
That will be paired with either 6, 8 or even 12 GB of RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB of storage.
As for the display, since that’s the most interesting part of a foldable phone, the Motorola Razr 3 will likely come with a fullHD AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also likely have a hole or a notch on the main display to fit the selfie camera.
An NFC chip and ultra-wideband (UWB) support are also rumored to be on the phone.
While Morotola kept quiet and didn’t announce anything about the future of Razr, the last phone they launched under this label came in September 2020, so it is time for an upgrade.
Hopefully, they’ll decide to unveil it soon.
