Oppo VP Brian Shen took to Weibo to post some full-resolution camera samples from the upcoming Reno smartphone. The device will arrive with a 48MP main sensor and, according to Shen, the photos have not been post-processed at all.

It’s worth noting that in the Weibo post, Shen calls the phone the “Reno Standard Edition”, which answers the question why the leaked images of the phone did not seem to feature a 10x zoom camera.

The phone made an AnTuTu appearance a couple of days ago with a Snapdragon 710 but rumors also circulate about a Snapdragon 855 variant – most likely the one that will feature the notorious 10x zoom camera.

A TENAA listing suggests that the Oppo Reno Standard Edition will have a 6.4 inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display and will arrive with a 3,680mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 rapid charge.

On the back, it will feature a 48MP sensor alongside a 5MP while the selfie snapper with be a 16MP with an LED flash.

While it will run an Android Pie-based Color OS 6.0 and will pack 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, the device will not feature a microSD card slot.
