According to Chinese website itHome, a Nubia smartphone with model number NX629J has made an appearance on the 3C website on a listing that states the device will arrive with 30W fast charging support.
The smartphone will most likely be officially unveiled in April and has been confirmed to come with a Snapdragon 855 chipset under the hood, 12GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery. The mammoth battery size, of course, would explain the need for 30W fast charging.
That is a significant upgrade from Nubia Red Magic Mars (Red Magic 2), which launched with 10GB of RAM and 3,500mAh battery.
In addition to all that, the handset will also have a 4D vibration motor, which will allow customizable haptic feedback, as well as hybrid cooling, a feature that is somewhat of a necessity for people who play taxing games on their smartphones. The hybrid cooling system will also host a fan inside that will automatically turn on when it deems necessary.
We don’t know anything about audio, yet, but hopefully it will bring the same surround sound quality like its predecessor, from DTS.
We’ll most likely hear more about the phone, either from Nubia itself or leaks, these days, and we’ll keep you in the loop.
