If your iPhone 11’s touchscreen isn’t responding as it should, Apple is offering to fix it for free. The company recently initiated a program allowing users to send in their faulty iPhone and get the display changed.
Apple says that a small percentage of iPhone 11 displays may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module.
iPhone 11 models manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020 are the ones being recalled.
If you want to see if your device is eligible, just enter your iPhone 11 serial number here. If your handset is damaged, then you can mail your device in, or find one of Apple’s authorized service providers to help.
Apple says that affected devices are covered for two years from the day you bought it.
