Asus ZenFone 6 Leaks with Photos Showing Unusual Notch Placement

There has been no war in the smartphone industry more complex than the notch war – every smartphone vendor has been trying to one-up their rivals with one-of-a-kind notch design, especially in the past year.

The newest Asus ZenFone 6 leak, coming in from SlashLeaks, confirms all that as well. The device is seen in the leaked photos sporting a notch on the top of the display and it’s unlike any other we’ve seen before.

The notch is placed on the top edge but on the right side of the screen, not centered, as we have been used to seeing so far. It’s a strange placement but it does leave a lot of screen space available, though.

We can’t see any speakers anywhere on the device but the bezel at the bottom is considerable. As far as the back of the device goes, the ZenFone 6 features a triple camera setup and a rear fingerprint sensor.

So far, this is the only information we have concerning the leak but, as always, take it with a grain of salt.
