Did you think the end of MWC 2016 meant this year’s mobile unveilings were over? Not a chance. Huawei’s latest flagship is warming up to the big reveal in the next months, with new rumors and leaks paving its way.
VentureBeat’s Evan Blass came with the latest photos of the device, which show in detail the dual-rear cameras and the display. With 12 megapixel camera sensors and Leica-approved lenses, we should expect high-quality pictures captured in unexpected ways. LG’s G5, for example, offers wide angle shots using a similar system.
As for display, expect a 5.2-inch Full HD one and this overall look:
You’ll be quite impressed by the rest of the specs, too. A Kirin 950 processor, Mali-T880 GPU with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage will make this phone fast and performant. Furthermore, Huawei apparently succeeded in packing the rather slim phone with a huge 3900mAh battery cell! Of course, there’s a fingerprint sensor on the back for authentication and the predictable Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
As far as prices and release dates are concerned, Huawei is keeping everything under wraps.
