New Vimeo Feature Allows Users To Create Their Own Smart TV Channels

Vimeo has announced a new feature, dubbed Showcase, which allows the users to show off their videos. It will be replacing the Album feature and Vimeo will be updating the design but will keep ‘all the features that you love while adding new ones‘.

Among them we can count, more embedded layouts, live-streaming support and presets that will make it easier to create customized showcases.

The new feature will work as a toolkit that will allow freelancers, artists, educators and more to work on their very own custom viewing experiences, create their Smart TV channels and then distribute them via Roku and Amazon Fire TVs.
