Yes, you read that right: cameras, not camera. According to Nikon Rumors, the company has two mirrorless cameras coming up sometime around July 23rd, ready to ship in August.
We’re looking at cameras with 24-25MP and 45-48MP sensors and three lenses off the line: 24-70mm, 35mm and 50mm.
They will have a 5-axis in-body stabilization, 9fps and a 55mm mirrorless mount which will allow for f/0.95 lenses. Both cameras will accept XQD and CF Express memory cards.
As far as pricing goes, the 45MP model should be somewhere around $4,000, coming in with the 24-70mm kit lens, while the 25MP one will be probably around $3,000 and will come with a lens as well.
Nikon has not officially confirmed any of this so far, so keep in mind some of the specs might not be correct. Nonetheless, it gives Nikon lovers something to look forward to!
