Nintendo Indie World Showcases Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, Eastward, and More!

Nintendo Indie World Showcases always bring attention to some of the most exciting indie games coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Here is everything announced at today’s showcase:

Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (2022)

Become the city’s most prolific graffiti artist by parkouring and tricking your way around the city, avoiding the authorities along the way. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk contains some of the same groovy elements Team Reptile is known for in their other games like Lethal League.

TOEM: A Photo Adventure (Fall 2021)

The calming photo taking adventure of TOEM takes the main character throughout different locales as they try to solve puzzles and help residents in order to make their way to new places to take pictures.

Loop Hero (Holiday)

Rather than playing as the hero, you support the hero’s journey as they make their way through a loop. Place cards strategically and expand the survivor’s campsite to help the hero conquer their loop.

FAR: Changing Tides (2022)

Far: Changing Tides is an atmospheric vehicle adventure game. Explore the post-apocalypse world in this sea-faring puzzle adventure as you try to find a new home in the vast, desolate landscape.

Necrobarista: Final Pour (Available Today)

The dead get one last night to linger with living over cup of coffee in this anime-inspired visual novel game. Necrobarista: Final Pour is the expanded director’s cut with remasters visuals and new story content, as well as new story creator mode.

Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon (Holiday)

Taking a twist of the Shovel Knight universe, the characters from the original game are now faced with a tactical puzzle dungeon adventure game. Use familiar characters like Shovel Knight, Shield Knight, Plague Knight, and more to avoid being buried by falling enemies, rocks, and more.

Islanders: Console Edition (Available Today)

Islanders: Console Edition is a tranquil, procedurally generated city builder. Use the ever changing landscape and multiple buildings/structures to score points to continue growing the island.

Metal Slug Tactics (2022)

Strategy meets Metal Slug action in this new tactical take on Metal Slug series. Play as familiar characters and battle new enemies, but keep in mind positioning and strategy.
