Although Nokia X71 was revealed last week, the triple rear camera smartphone is already on sale in China for 2199 yuan – about $327. On the Taiwanese market, the device arrived earlier, on April 4.
How does the smartphone distinguish itself on the market?
First of all, through its punch-hole front camera. Nokia X71 ditches the bezels Nokia 9 PureView kept but doesn’t adopt the notch-loving design we’ve seen at phones from Apple or the teardrop one Huawei and Xiaomi chose.
You could say that the device is similar to the Nokia 7 Plus, but with a triple rear camera set-up and two configurations: 6/64GB or 6/128GB. The X71 is available only in the black-and-copper color scheme.
Let’s talk cameras!
One of the triple rear cameras is a 48MP module, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide angle one and a 5MP depth-sensing lens. These are all Zeiss-branded lenses. Other than the 6.39 edge-to-edge “PureDisplay” FHD screen, the X71’S specs are those of the Nokia 7 Plus.
