We have a pretty good idea about the overall look of Huawei’s latest flaghip but it appears P9 will not be the only one in its series. The company is set to launch two more handsets, P9 Lite and P9 Max in order to reach most of its clients.
Oppomart has already published a set of specifications for each device and a starting price, although the final cost set by Huawei could change after the big unveiling in April. The classic P9 is going to appeal to the majority of clients since it has a 5.2-inch 1080p display with an octa-core Kirin 950 processor at $499.
The Max comes at a higher price – $699 – that can be explained by the bigger display (6.2-inch, 2560×1440 resolution), RAM and storage.
Lite is targeted at less pretentious customers, that can settle for a 5 inch display, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, 2GB of RAM and 2,500 mAh battery at $299. All phones have dual-rear cameras, as the latest teaser from Huawei confirms.
As far as software goes, all of them will have Android 6.0 Marshmallow installed from the start.
