Automobili Pininfarina teased the PFO electric hypercar a few months ago and now comes with more details about the sleek, insanely priced vehicle.
The company is gearing up to launch the first ever in-house model, after decades of designing famous Romeo, Ferrari and Fiat models.
Of course, such a pedigree and design comes with a hefty price tag. This electric car is priced between $2 million – $2.5 million, so it’s nowhere near a Tesla, even though the specs won’t shock anyone. The Pininfarina can reach 60 MPH in under two seconds, has a blazing top speed of 250 MPH and 310 miles of driving range. The battery itself is said to charge in 10 to 15 minutes up to 80 percent.
“As a super sports car brand, no one has embarked fully on an EV strategy,” said Automobili Pininfarina CEO Michael Perschke.
The gorgeous, eco-friendly hypercar will be shown off at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August and early next year at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
