Pokémon Day Lead Up To Have 6 Pokémon Announcements

Pokémon Day is coming up on February 27^th and the Pokémon Company is certainly ready to celebrate!

As announced on The Pokémon Company’s Twitter (via VGC), the Pokémon Company will be revealing information on their existing software the leadup to the 27^th. Starting February 21^st, news about certain Pokémon products will be released daily. The products set to have Pokémon Day lead-up announcements include (in order): Pokémon Masters EX, Pokémon Sword and Shield, Pokémon Café Mix, Pokémon Unite, P25 Music, and Pokémon GO.

Pokémon Day coincides with the anniversary of the original Pokémon games, Pokémon Red and Green in Japan. Last year on Pokémon Day, the franchise celebrated its 25^th Anniversary. In their Pokémon Presents, they announced both Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl as well as Pokémon Legends Arceus.

While it is unclear what the Pokémon Company may announced this year, it could potentially be related to Legends Arceus and/or a new mainline entry into the franchise.
