Attention, Trainers!
Tune in to our YouTube channel on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 6:00 a.m. PDT for a #PokemonPresents video presentation featuring #PokemonBrilliantDiamond, #PokemonShiningPearl, and #PokemonLegendsArceus! pic.twitter.com/quBEdaCce2
According to the announcement, the presentation will feature information on Pokémon Sinnoh region remakes Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, as well as the new open-world adventure Pokémon Legends Arceus.
All three games were originally announced in February as part of Pokémon’s 25th Anniversary. The first two games were highly anticipated remakes of Pokémon’s 4th generation. However, the graphical decisions made to the game left the fanbase divided as its chibi-style was neither super faithful to the original nor a large upscale.
Pokémon Legends Arceus is a new take on the franchise as it appears like the whole game will be set in a mystical open world. The game is still largely shrouded in mystery, but it is certainly one of the most adventurous steps the Pokémon company seems to be taking to change up the formula it has had for 25 years.
The Pokémon Presents will air August 18th at 6am PT.
